The team is led by Mr. Altabur Rahaman Mollah, who is the founder and owner of Reliable Diagnostics.

From a humble beginning, ‘Reliable’ Group has traveled more than two decades, with sheer dedication and teamwork we have emerged as a leading service provider to hospitals and hospitality sector. We are the pioneer in introducing Mechanised Housekeeping Services in Government hospitals in the state of West Bengal. Although housekeeping is our key area we also have a remarkable presence in areas like Canteen, Security, Gardening, Spiderman services also.

Our motto always has been to achieve utmost customer satisfaction by providing timely & quality service. We not only provide services for which we are hired but also suggest improvements required by our principal for the improvement of their work environment. For such factors, we have emerged as a market leader in our segment. Activities in which we are so far engaged in are labour intensive; all credit goes to our dedicated workforce, without their support we could not have reached the present position in the industry. Through my long intimate association with the health care sector, I realized that unless ailment is properly diagnosed proper treatment cannot be possible. In the city of Kolkata, there is a dearth of modern diagnostic centers where all testing facilities are available at affordable price. I decided to set up a modern diagnostic centre with state of the art modern equipment where people can get flawless examination reports conducted through the latest equipment under the close supervision of experts at a competitive price. Our mission is to serve a larger section of society and emerge as the most favoured service provider in this sector. With this goal, we have started our journey not merely to earn but to serve people with dedication. I express my deep gratitude to all concerned without whose support we could not have set up the project.
